The Deputy Prime Minister Ruz Nuri Shawis at a news conference attended by the Agency (news) was followed during which the final statement for the meeting: that the meeting of leaders of blocs, which was held at the Peace Palace ended after midnight on Tuesday to form a ministerial committee and a representative for the implementation of Arbil, also agreed to the formation of the strategic policy President Talabani, and to transmit the bill within three days of Parliament. Iraq Parliamentary blocs said on Wednesday they agreed to issue draft law for establishing Iraq Strategic Policy Council which is expected to be headed by the leader of Al Iraqiya List Iyad Allawi. The draft law will be issued in the parliament after Iraq President submitted it to the same. The blocs also agreed to form a ministerial committee that uses the results of Irbil agreement in order to agree on the Cabinet bylaws. In a statement issued by the Presidency a copy of which was delivered to Alsumaria news uttered that the blocs leaders meeting hosted by President Jalal Talabani on Tuesday night led to agreeing on a draft law for Iraq Strategic Policy Council and sending the same to the parliament in order to issue it.
The issue whether to approve Iraq Strategic Policy Council or not in the parliament was the main conflictual point between State of Law Coalition and Al Iraqiya List since agreeing on forming a government in November 2010. The fact that state of law insisted on refusing to ratify the Council in the parliament impelled Allawi to give up on the presidency of the Council.
During the meeting the political blocs also agreed on establishing a ministerial committee that uses the results of Irbil agreement in order to agree on bylaws for the Cabinet.
The blocs also agreed to form a committee from the Premier Deputies that would be entitled to determine the cause of imbalance in the constitution in regards of high rank employees and in security ministries and that in two months in addition to setting a mechanism to defect without damaging the administrative assets.
To that during the meeting the blocs also agreed that Al Iraqiya shall present its candidates to the Ministry of Defense and National Coalition shall present its candidates to the Ministry of interior in two weeks given that the candidates enjoy qualities approved by the three blocs ( Al Iraqiya’s, Kurdistani Alliance and National Alliance).

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Iraq’s Deputy Prime Minister, Roz Nouri Shawes, has defined a two-week period for al-Iraqiya and the State of Law Coalitions to present their candidates for the Defense and Interior Ministers posts, according to a Presidential statement on Wednesday.
“Shawes had read a Presidential statement, after the meeting of the Political Leaders on Tuesday, saying that, in order to implement Kurdistan President, Massoud Barzani’s initiative, agreement had been reached that al-Iraqiya to present its candidates for the Defense Ministry and the National Coalition for the Interior Ministry, within 2 weeks, according to CVs, to be agreed upon by the leading three blocs,” the statement reported.
It stressed that agreement had been reached on the “formation of a ministerial committee to study the results of Arbil Agreement about the internal system of the Council of Ministers and the draft-law on the National Council for Strategic Policies (NCSP), that would be passed to the Parliament for its approval.”
Among other result of the meeting, according to Shawes, had been “the formation of a committee by Deputy Prime Ministers, to define through cooperation with the Secretariat-General of the Council of Ministers, the setbacks in the Constitutional balancing, on the level of director-general and above in different ministries, along with the security ministries, within 2 months.”
“The committee shall be based on the results of the surveillance, through laying down of a suitable mechanism to put an end to the setbacks, in such a way that won’t affect the specific administrative frameworks and specifications,” Shawes said.
The Leaders of Iraq’s Political blocs have held a closed meeting, called for by President Jalal Talabani, with the presence of Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, Parliament Speaker, Usama al-Nujeify and Leader of al-Iraqiya Coalition, Iyad Allawi, along with all other Political Leaders.

A Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Iraq that Iraq began the restructuring of the involvement of the currency of international economic organizations focus on raising three zeros and the development of new metallic currency.
The appearance of Mohammed, told the people that "the central bank agreed with the international organizations on the process of restructuring of the currency and support the level of the value of the Iraqi dinar against foreign currency (dollar)."
He pointed out that "the process of restructuring, which will begin this week will focus on providing appropriate climates to raise three zeroes from the local currency in addition to the development of simple coin for 500 dinars and 1,000 dinars."
And that "the level of the local currency will evolve during the next five years, according to the structure established by the Central Bank, which will address the economic gap of the part."
"The current currency exchange Atertqa backward and to the level of advancement of the Iraqi economy and to address the gap and inflation during the next phase."
He expressed the IMF in August / August, his support of the Iraqi economy in the event of having a number of economic measures including the privatization of banks and raise three zeroes from the local currency and to meet debt and compensation is the responsibility of Iraq. The Iraqi government has denied holding any change in the local currency this year to reduce inflation. The local currency of Iraq has passed in the history of changes to several, most recently in 2004 when the former Governing Council replaced the previous currency, which was the symbol of the former regime. The main tasks Iraqi Central Bank to maintain price stability and the implementation of monetary policy, including exchange rate policies, and management of reserves of foreign currency, and the issuance of currency management, as well as to regulate the banking sector.

A United Nations' commission has approved the release of more than $1 billion in compensation payments for victims of Iraq's 1990 invasion of Kuwait.
It is the latest installment in a program of reparations that began in 1994.
In a Thursday statement, the U.N. Compensation Commission said the latest payments will be distributed to nine successful claimants. It says the claimants include government bodies and international organizations as well as corporations and public sector enterprises.
The commission did not specify the names of the recipients.
A U.N. Security Council mandate currently requires Iraq to put five percent of its oil and gas revenues into the reparations fund, which so far has provided about $33 billion in compensation.
The commission says a further $19 billion is due. It says the funds are compensation for losses and damages suffered as a result of Iraq's unlawful invasion and occupation of Kuwait that triggered the Gulf War.
